Stress and burnout

Stress and burnout are occurring more and more often among young people. Increasing study pressure and other, additional circumstances can create additional stress, which can increase the risk of developing stress and burnout symptoms. These may include limited financial resources or stress related to housing. The first big step is to acknowledge the problem. It is essential to discuss it with others and to seek out help before it’s too late.

  • Your GP may refer you to someone who is specialised in helping young people with mental health symptoms.
  • If you don’t want to go directly to your general practitioner, you can first speak with a Startpunt staff member.
